Dans le cadre d'un poste à pourvoir chez l'un de nos clients, compagnie de réassurance non vie internationale nous recherchons un financial/ business analyst H/F
Under the management of the Head of P&C Financial Analysis, the employee’s responsibilities will be the following :

Provide insights and expertise on group's IFRS 17 results by producing performance analysis under IFRS 17, ensuring we can bridge to the financial strategy and manage communication in a consistent manner

Support the development of internal and external communication stragey on key topics, liaising with the Investor Relations teams.

Support on Performance Reviews by providing expertise and delivering financial analysis on key topics.

Contribute financial analysis to support key Business Unit strategic deals or projects, providing insights on financial impacts across all bases and key metrics.

Control data quality (from the production of the figures until communication)

Ensure deadlines are met and contribute to the strong coordination of the various dependencies within the production process.
In the addition to supporting and contributing to the FA mandate, the employee is expected to actively :

Establish strong relationship with P&C BU, regional CFO and regional FA teams in link with the analysis of performance

Develop strong collaboration with the wider Business Performance team working in an agile and transversal mode to support Business Performance framework

Support the growth and development of the team, notably by :

Creating opportunities for the team to expand their knowledge and expertise across P&C
-
Maximizing the use of technology and partner with other functions to achieve ambition related to transformation within Business Performance framework.
Minimum 5 years as an actuary or financial analyst with P&C background preferably in a (re)insurance company finance or consulting firm.

Strong expertise in results analysis/reporting

Strong knowledge in IFRS 17 and Solvency II environments

Ability to present results and analysis in a clear and concise way, verbally and in writing
Flexible, rigorous, proactive as well as strong capabilities to adapt himself/herself to a challenging and demanding environment
Expertise with IT tools (Tableau/ Business objects / Excel).
