Dans le cadre d'un poste à pourvoir chez l'un de nos clients, compagnie internationale de réassurance nous recherchons un Senior HR coordinator H/F.
This is an HR Generalist role that will support the HR Development (HRD) team based in Paris as well as the HR team members/contacts in the satellite offices of the Paris Hub based in Spain, Belgium and Russia.
The role holder will ensure the delivery of an efficient service and will have an important role to play in providing and improving HRD administration, operations and service delivery around the Employee Life Cycle.
- Key duties and responsibilities
HR Generalist
- Assist with day-to-day HR queries from employees as appropriate
- Assist with joiner process including preparing offer packs, manage on-boarding checklist and background checks; and leaver process including setting up/conducting exit interviews
- Assist with internal mobility cases by preparing benchmarks, documentation, liaising with other HR teams and external providers
- Deputise for HR BPs at the HR BP Meetings when required
- Assist with the writing and updating of HR policies and procedures when required
Recruitment
- Assist with the recruitment process as required to support the TA specialist, HR Business Partners and Satellite Offices HR contacts, participating in the following tasks:
- Assist with the publication of job vacancies internally and externally
- Assist with position and offer validation processes
- Set up interviews when required
- Liaise with candidates, schools and agencies when needed
- Assist with the candidate on-boarding: prepare new joiner documentation, manage information on HR and Company systems, liaise with candidate to obtain forms
- Assist with the candidate’s induction including liaison with IT
- Prepare and update reports on recruitment for the Group and the business as required
- Update ATS as required
Talent Management
- Assist with the ADI process by updating and uploading job descriptions, respond to queries from managers and employees; prepare key reports
- Assist with the LOR process as required
- Support the HRBPs in performance management processes, preparation of the data related to disciplinary, and grievance as required from the HRD team
HR Systems and Analytics
- Manage HR reporting requirements for the HR team and the business, this includes regular and ad-hoc reporting needs
- Assist with audit requirements, assist with ICS HR workflows and be point of contact for Risk Management and Internal Audit when required
Budgets and Accounts
- Assist with the preparation of the annual headcount budget and the mid-year review
- Assist with monitoring of budget
- Liaise with Finance and Group HR on budget queries
- Contribute to the management of invoice payment on P2P and other processes and liaise with providers and accounts on invoice queries
Events and Communication
- Assist with the preparation of events such as wellbeing, engagement weeks
- Assist with the design of HR communication tools such as emails, brochures and intranet
- Required experience & competencies
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as HR Generalist
- Very good knowledge of general administration
- Experience of working in a HR team
- Strong IT skills with very good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, a good hand in one ATS is a plus
- Knowledge of the Insurance/Reinsurance Industry preferably
