Dans le cadre d'un poste à pourvoir chez l'un de nos clients, compagnie internationale de réassurance nous recherchons un Souscripteur réassurance H/F.

The reinsurance underwriter implements marketing activity and manages business relations to contribute to the development of France portfolio, and is a significant contributor to strengthen brand on its market. In the segment “market / customers / prospects” on which he/she has the responsibility, he/she looks for leads with existing and /or new clients, and materializes opportunities in ensuring smooth coordination of all internal works that have to be conducted to transform these opportunities into valuable business for the group. He/she assures their compliance with standards, guidelines and best practices applicable to his/her market, and that theses leads / opportunities are in line with the strategy by executing action plans.

 

Missions :

- Develop and reinforce business contacts at all operational levels (technical management, accounting, underwriting) by implying appropriate level with the group - all operational levels and all executive management

levels

- Through a structured approach based on customer segmentation and needs analysis, develop new activities and products on the market, analyze new insurance / reinsurance needs, identify areas for improvement and participate in forward-looking studies by regular market research to better understand the expectations of market participants:

a. New activities with clients in the portfolio

b. New activities with prospects

- Identify and suggest directions for development and strategies to implement his/her sector "market " and a Business - year plan (quantitative and qualitative) and ensure the operational implementation

- Provide marketing intelligence and competitive in his/her segment " market " Record the opportunities in the tools to monitor the activity (CRM and other reporting tool for opportunities)

- Conduct analysis of opportunities (new business and renewal) and coordinate all internal works (Accounting & finance, underwriting, and actuary departments) to give a position on those requests

- Participate in being force proposal, to opportunities acceptance by providing the best possible knowledge of the opportunity to all internal stakeholders

- Write proposals sent to Customers ensuring that he / she has obtained all necessary sign-offs prior to sending these proposals

- Manage any refusal of an opportunity directly with the client

- Write and /or participate in the drafting and / or validation of contracts in accordance with the group process (NDA, reinsurance treaty, brokerage agreement, ...)Participate in the analysis of the profitability of the allocated portfolio and propose, where appropriate, the corrective measures necessary for the recovery of a business whose profitability is not in line with the requirements of the group

- Negotiate with the client the corrective measures for the recovery

- Participate in the accounts validation from companies and regularly check the adequacy between expected results when purchasing and developing real business portfolio, in cooperation with the Finance / Accounting departments

Profil

Qualified actuary with minimum of 10 years experience in L&H re/insurance and/or on re/insurance transactions with a marketing education and / or a strong marketing/commercial professional experience
