Dans le cadre d'un poste à pourvoir chez l'un de nos clients, compagnie internationale dans le secteur de l'industrie automobile nous recherchons un corporate financial controler H/F.
Main missions will be to provide accurate financial information to the Management with a structured reporting aiming to support action plan and appropriate/updated tools.
Key responsibilities:

Coordination of monthly closing and forecast process:

Communicate the closing/forecast instructions and monitor the progress and deadlines

Interact with and provide support to plant, regional and central controllers

Supervise all cash reporting processes and develop cash awareness:

Communicate with regional and plant controllers to develop a cash culture and improve the level of cash Forecast accuracy

Monitor and analyse the cash reporting for actual, forecast, budget and business plan

Participate in developing the consolidation tool (HFM)

Ensure HFM controlling data and reporting is up to date with current organization, group Leadership and Motherson Group requirements

Particularly, drive developments for cash flows and balance sheet forecasting

Manage transfer pricing:

Ensure calculated cost sharing amounts to be transferred from central to manufacturing entities are consistent with contractual/organizational frameworks

Document rationale and calculation for internal (tax) and external (tax and external audits) customers

Prepare the monthly reporting for Motherson Group (balance sheet, cash flow)

Analyse and ensure reliable figures before communication to group level

Participate in reporting evolution and streamlining

Job Skills
-
University degree in finance, or audit background. Alternatively 5 years documented work experience in finance & reporting in senior position

At least 3 years working experience with group reporting & consolidation
-
Practical experience with consolidation software (preferably Oracle HFM) as key user
-
Ability to interact with Operations, Customer Group, regional and local controllers

Ability to interact with other functions at Group level
-
Advanced in Excel
-
Proficiency in English
