L&A Partners est un cabinet spécialisé dans la recherche de cadres et dirigeants en Assurance et Finance d’entreprise

Dans le cadre d'un poste à pourvoir chez l'un de nos clients, groupe international spécialisé dans la réassurance, nous recherchons un Gestionnaire de contrats assurances et traités H/F.

- Poste:

Sous l'autorité de votre manager, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes :

- Analyze all treaties and related documents for compliance with the group standards

- Report analysis to the Business Developer and/or Actuaries as part of quoting process

- Draft treaties and related documents when necessary

- Communicate and work with local entities regarding wording issues

- Manage the exchanges with internal legal departments regarding problematic wordings whenever necessary

- Support sign-off requests by business developers by providing additional inputs on deviations from mandatory/standard clauses

- Monitor daily the administrative status of all treaties

- Manage reporting on critical terms and conditions for Risk-Management purposes

- Participate in the creation and update of internal documents and tools (templates, checklists ...) to optimize treaties treatment

- Participate in the internal diffusion of expertise (group and local) on treaties (clauses, translations, compliance with the CAT market).

- Participate in the Group level monthly review (conference call) regarding the activity and status

Under supervision, employee refers to a work program and deadlines

Decision making involves procedural actions on occasions where new circumstances arise, but must stay within guidelines provided

Takes action in uncertain cases, referring problems to the Pricing & Treaty Manager when required

Develop a good understanding of risks and exposures covered through the CAT tenders received

Manage the CAT deals information received by the CAT team on a daily basis by populating the Pricix database and the documents repository

Work with local entities on finalizing the treaties (identification and signatures processes,…)

Profil recherché

Good expertise and experience in CAT Life and Accident reinsurance

Legal knowledge on reinsurance treaties, ideally in CAT activity

Ability to work under severe time constraints, focusing on priorities and deadlines

Effective interpersonal skills; with the ability to interact with employees at all levels and across different local entities and departments

Ability to work within a multicultural environment

Proactive team player who can also work on own initiative

Good knowledge of MS Office suite tools

Fluent in English and French

Ideally Spanish or Portuguese language skills
