Since 2010, L&A Partners helps his clients in the recruitement of middle & top-management profiles.

Charlotte ARCELIN and Mathieu LECONTE, founding partners, have solid and broad experience with international recruiting firms in France (Paris) and Canada (Toronto). Both have worked in diverse fields with expertise in Actuarial Science, Finance and Underwriting. They have in-depth market knowledge with an ever-expanding network of contacts within the industry.

Since 2010, L&A Partners help his clients in the recruitment of middle & top-management profiles. We have developed a strong expertise in "direct approach" recruitment, with 2 specialized divisions:

  • The Insurance division, focused on the recruitment of middle and top management profiles in technical and support functions of this industry;

  • The Finance division focused on financial careers recruitment, operating in all industries for both major corporate companies and SMEs;

While many of our clients are based in France, we also offer quality recruitment for international searches thanks to our Global Resources departement.
